The Advisory Consultant works closely with client stakeholders to understand business objectives, guide effective system usage, and improve operational outcomes. While not owning full project delivery, this role maintains hands‑on involvement in defined implementation activities to support continuity, credibility, and adoption success.
This position is ideal for a consultant who enjoys working directly with clients, understands both technology and business workflows, and is motivated by helping clients turn systems into results.
Key Responsibilities Client Advisory & Value Enablement- Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders by understanding their business objectives and guiding them on how to best leverage Linedata solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
- Conduct regular client check-ins, solution reviews, and value assessments to ensure ongoing alignment between system usage and business needs.
- Translate client challenges into actionable recommendations focused on adoption, process improvement, and operational optimization.
- Assess client usage, workflows, and solution maturity to identify adoption gaps and optimization opportunities.
- Support the development and execution of adoption strategies, including best-practice guidance, targeted enablement sessions, and workflow recommendations.
- Lead or co‑lead client workshops and training sessions focused on improving user confidence, engagement, and operational effectiveness.
- Participate in defined implementation and upgrade activities to support client adoption and continuity, including configuration support, testing, and validation.
- Collaborate with Implementation Consultants on scoped delivery tasks to ensure solutions align with intended business workflows.
- Perform first-level analysis of functional or usage issues and partner with technical teams to support timely resolution.
- Contribute to documentation related to workflows, requirements, and adoption guidance.
- Proactively identify risks to client satisfaction and adoption, and work collaboratively with internal teams to address concerns before they escalated.
- Support positive client relationships through consistent communication, responsiveness, and value-focused engagement.
- Contribute to retention and renewal readiness by helping clients understand and realize the benefits of their Linedata solutions.
