SUMMARY OF POSITION Responsible for meaningful and consistent testing of all technical streams in collaboration with OPS, EQ and IT for the correct design, procurement and installation of all related technology components. The role must ensure compliance with TiL testing methodology and interfaces specifications, which will be integrated with the specific procurement processes, across the different engineering work streams.

The Operations Manager of IT Network & Infrastructure and Operations Technology is responsible for all network-related hardware, infrastructure software, and operations solutions across the company. This position’s roleis to strategize, manage systems landscape, and manage the design,installation, and testing of core Infrastructure to guarantee the secure operation of the organization’s IT resources. This includes developing, configuring,maintaining, upgrading and enhancing all new and existing passive and active system sand their related processes.

Position may transition to permanent role as IT/OT Manager following Go-Live milestone.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Execute, architect, and manage all network-related projects, including design, integration, testing, and end user testing. Develop, design, and manage the maintenance of IT systems and network requirements to adhere to SPCT IT policies and procedures. Manage network system updates, patching, and network-related security policies. Manage the process of testing network and server performance and provide performance statistics and reports, and implement changes to promote continuous improvement.

Lead establishment of operational and back-office process requirements as inputs to TOS and GOS procurement and implementation. Develop strategies for the selection of and the integration of operational technology solutions into the TOS/GOS such as OCR, RTLS, PDS, etc. Develop strategies for Infrastructure systems, schedule software version upgrades and testing prior to deployment to operational environment.
