Intune Engineer

Location: Jacksonville, FL / Plano, TX / Charlotte, North Carolina (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Mobile Engineer to join our Corporate Mobile Engineering team. This is a hands-on engineering role responsible for the design, implementation, automation, and ongoing support of enterprise mobile management solutions, with a primary focus on Microsoft Intune and Apple device management. The successful candidate will work closely with security, architecture, operations, and product teams to ensure a secure, scalable, and highly available mobile ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise Microsoft Intune solutions, including MDM policies, compliance requirements, and device configurations.
Serve as a subject matter expert for Apple enterprise mobility solutions, managing Apple Business Manager (ABM) and related technologies.
Develop and maintain Power Shell automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and platform management.
Manage mobile application onboarding, testing, certification, and deployment processes, including application wrapping and Intune SDK support.
Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including high-level and low-level designs, implementation guides, and operational runbooks.
Work closely with Information Security, Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and external vendors.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience supporting enterprise mobile device management environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune administration and engineering.
Strong experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and managing Apple enterprise enrollment solutions.
Experience with Intune SDK, application wrapping technologies, and mobile application deployment processes.
Advanced Power Shell scripting and automation experience.
SQL experience for reporting, troubleshooting, or platform support.
Knowledge of Mobile Threat Defense solutions and enterprise mobility security controls.

Preferred Qualifications

Azure or AWS cloud experience supporting mobile services.
Python or additional scripting/automation experience.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and enterprise mobility ecosystems.
ITIL process knowledge and operational support experience.
Experience working within large, heavily regulated enterprise environments.
