In this position, you will manage, administer, support, and enhance cloud environments. The role requires applying advanced technical skills to ensure continuous improvement and resolve complex problems. You will work without considerable direction and have the opportunity to mentor and supervise team members.

• Manage, administer, support, and enhance cloud environments.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Design and automate the provisioning of cloud resources.
• Mentor and supervise team members.
• Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve issues for CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness.
• Triage and resolve issues for open-source and commercial tools in public cloud environments.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in developing and deploying enterprise cloud-native solutions, or 12+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Experience:

Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and platform-as-a-service technologies, including Kubernetes.

• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and command-line interfaces, including Bash.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools, including Terraform or Vault.
• Knowledge of network technologies such as DNS, load balancing, and TLS.

• Experience creating and improving continuous automation across multiple technical stacks.
• Experience with containerization tools.
• Experience with Dev Ops practices and tools.
• Experience with Git or Git Lab.
• Experience applying cloud security principles.
• Experience programming in Python and Java.
• AWS Certifications.
