Associate Process Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented Lab Technician to support computer vision and hardware deployment initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with devices, cameras, and hardware equipment in a hands‑on lab environment. This role involves configuring, testing, tracking, and shipping devices for large-scale hardware operations. No software development or coding experience is required, as the team will provide comprehensive onboarding, coaching, and training.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and provision devices according to established processes and technical standards.
- Assign and manage IP addressing for cameras and other connected devices.
- Perform operating system (OS) setup and configuration on hardware.
- Connect, test, troubleshoot, and validate hardware functionality prior to deployment.
- Package, unpack, inventory, and ship equipment to various sites.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track the deployment status of all devices.
- Support large-scale device management initiatives involving thousands of devices and hundreds of cameras.
- Follow documented procedures to ensure quality and consistency across deployments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational objectives.
- Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands‑on experience is preferred.
- Experience working with computers, hardware devices, cameras, networking equipment, or inventory systems.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing.
- Ability to perform repetitive technical tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and inventory management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced operational environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
- Previous experience in a role such as Lab Technician, Manufacturing Technician, IT Support Technician, or Process Assistant.
- Experience with hardware deployments, device imaging, or inventory management.
- Familiarity with computer vision, camera systems, or edge devices.
- Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, laboratory, or technical operations environment.
