The purpose of this role is to bridge client's functional and technical requirements at the module level by assisting in outlining technical specifications, performing basic configuration, and troubleshooting initial system issues.
Areas of Responsibility- Requirement Gathering-Understand the functional requirements and assist in translating these into technical specifications.
