We are seeking a highly skilled Service Now Practitioner to support IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, implementing, and optimizing Service Now solutions to improve IT service delivery and operations.

Note:

This position is contingent upon successful completion of a background clearance.

• Design, configure, and maintain Service Now ITOM and ITSM modules.
• Implement and enhance ITIL-based workflows.
• Develop automation and integrations using Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and APIs.
• Support ITOM initiatives such as Discovery, Event Management, CMDB, and Service Mapping.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements.
• Ensure platform stability and security.
• Troubleshoot Service Now platform and integrations.
• Provide documentation and training.

• 3+ years of Service Now experience (ITOM/ITSM).
• Strong understanding of ITIL best practices.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

• Service Now CSA (Required)
• CIS-ITSM (Preferred)
• CIS-ITOM (Highly Preferred)
• CAD Certification (Preferred)
• ITIL Certification
• Experience in regulated industries
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
