Digital Adoption Lead – Communications

• Design and lead adoption strategies for new digital platforms, tools, and enterprise technology rollouts across the Foundry, from readiness through sustained use
• Build and run internal communications campaigns using audience segmentation, message testing, storytelling, and internal brand-building
• Translate complex technical rollouts into clear, human-centered messages for leaders, champions, and end users
• Partner with the Digital Innovation team, site communications, and program owners to create consistent adoption narratives and champion voices
• Measure adoption, engagement, and sentiment and adjust campaigns based on results
• Use early wins, testimonial content, and champion stories to sustain momentum after go-live
• Build and mature the Foundry-wide change management approach during startup
• Develop change management methodology, toolkits, and templates
• Conduct stakeholder, readiness, and impact analyses; identify adoption barriers and design interventions
• Support leaders through digital adoption and operational changes
• Build and maintain a site-wide network of change champions
• Partner with organizational design and change management PMO efforts
• Support and eventually lead facilitated workshops addressing business and process challenges
• Learn and apply structured problem-solving frameworks such as SWOT, Six Thinking Hats, four-box analysis, and design thinking
• Help teams challenge constrained or siloed thinking in a regulated environment
• Share effective techniques and wins across the Foundry

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 to 7 years of experience in change management, change communications, digital adoption, technology adoption, internal communications, or a closely related discipline
• Demonstrated experience using communications or marketing techniques to drive user adoption of technology or new ways of working
• Change management certification (ADKAR, Prosci, or similar) is a plus
• Experience leading change communications for enterprise technology rollouts (MES, CRM, ERP, analytics platforms, AI tools) is a plus
• Track record of building and sustaining networks of change champions
• Comfort with adoption analytics, including measuring engagement, sentiment, and usage as leading indicators
• Curiosity about structured innovation and facilitation methods; willingness to develop as a workshop facilitator with coaching support
• Ability to read group dynamics in real time and adjust communications approach to keep diverse audiences engaged
• Ability to challenge constrained thinking, particularly in regulated environments
• Experience with assessments such as DISC, Insights, or Herrmann Brain is a plus
• Broad, cross-industry perspective is valued; pharma, healthcare, or regulated-industry background is a nice to have but not required
• Comfort operating in an ambiguous startup environment and shaping the role as the organization's needs evolve
• 0-10% travel required

Demonstrates expertise in change management and digital adoption strategies, utilizing effective communication techniques to drive user engagement and sustain momentum in technology rollouts. Proficient in measuring adoption metrics and facilitating workshops to address business challenges in a dynamic environment.
