You'll work directly with client teams day-to-day, but you're part of a broader Ever Ops community. Weekly syncs with your Tech Pod, access to leadership, and a network of peers solving similar problems across different companies.

Engagements typically last 3-6 months for Delivery work, 12+ months for Operations. You get exposure to different companies, tech stacks, and challenges without the constant context-switching of traditional consulting.

Yes, the work is high-stakes. But we're not a sweatshop. Most engineers work standard weeks. When crunch time happens (production incidents, critical deadlines), we support each other and then recover.

You'll work with modern tooling across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Cloud Formation), CI/CD (Git Hub Actions, ArgoCD), observability (Datadog, Prometheus), and more. We're early adopters of AI-assisted development and you'll have access to the best tooling to amplify your work.

You'll gain breadth and depth through diverse engagements. Work across multiple cloud platforms, observability tools, automation frameworks, and architectural patterns. Average tenure of 4+ years means people are learning and leveling up continuously.

Senior engineers lead Tech Pods, mentor junior engineers, and shape client strategy. Principal engineers architect complex solutions and serve as trusted advisors to VP and C-level executives.
