The Global Solution Consulting team works with Sales, Product, Professional Services, Managed Services, Customer Support, Security, Commercial, and partners to shape and win customer opportunities. Teciem is seeking a senior, customer-focused Solutions Consultant with strong bank treasury knowledge and Kondor expertise for the Americas.

The Senior Solutions Consultant leads discovery, qualification, solution design, demonstrations, RFI/RFP responses, workshops, fit-gap analysis, proofs of concept, and customer-facing value articulation, translating complex requirements into clear Kondor solutions that Teciem can support and deliver.

Partner with Account Executives from qualification and discovery through proposal, commercial support, and transition to delivery. Lead discovery with business, risk, operations, finance, architecture, security, and technology stakeholders to understand current state, priorities, constraints, and decision criteria. Assess solution fit across client segment, product and asset-class coverage, deployment model, integrations, data residency, managed operations, implementation approach, and organizational readiness. Design and position front-to-back Kondor solutions across trading, position keeping, pricing, limits, risk, operations, accounting, settlement, reporting, and integration.

Position Kondor Up, cloud deployment, managed services, APIs, Blueprints, modernization, and ever greening options where these align with the client’s target operating model and business objectives. Own the demonstration strategy, storyline, environment readiness, delivery, question management, and follow-up for business, technical, and executive audiences. Lead the Kondor functional workstream for RFIs, RFPs, proposals, due diligence, oral defenses, clarification sessions, and proofs of concept.

Coordinate Product, Services, Managed Services, Security, Commercial, Support, and partners so proposed solutions are coherent, supportable, and aligned across scope, architecture, implementation, and commercial assumptions. Maintain current demonstration scripts, datasets, environments, discovery guides, response content, competitive positioning, and reusable solution assets. Mentor GSC colleagues and contribute to internal enablement, product-readiness activities, demo excellence, and knowledge transfer to reduce dependency on individual product experts.

Travel across the Americas based on customer and opportunity requirements.
