Synthetic Systems Architect

the cybernetics division is seeking a synthetic systems architect to lead the design and development of next-generation neural network architectures for our synthetic person platform. This role sits at the intersection of computational neuroscience, advanced ai, and systems engineering.

• architect and validate neural lattice topologies for synthetic cognitive processing
• lead cross-functional teams in the design of emotional modeling and behavioral reasoning subsystems
• define performance benchmarks and validation protocols for all synthetic neural systems
• collaborate with ethics and compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment
• publish research and represent the corporation at industry and academic conferences
• evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic investments

• phd in computer science, computational neuroscience, artificial intelligence, or related field (strongly preferred)
• minimum 8 years experience in neural network architecture or advanced ai systems design
• demonstrated expertise in large-scale neural architecture design and optimization
• published research in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier conferences
• experience leading technical teams of 10+ engineers
• security clearance eligibility (w-y corporate level 3 or higher)
