The Unconventional, LLC (TU) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Yorktown Systems Group, Inc. TU specializes in language, regional expertise, and culture (“LREC”) solutions supporting the U.S. Department of Defense, other federal agencies, and approved partner-nation requirements.

The Unconventional, LLC (TU) is seeking a senior Air Force Language and Culture Business Development Consultant to provide part-time, on-call consulting, advisory, and technical support in the identification, pursuit, development, and delivery of LREC solutions for the Department of the Air Force, broader Department of Defense, other federal agencies, and approved partner-nation opportunities.

The Consultant will work closely with TU leadership, Growth personnel, program teams, and subject-matter experts to identify and shape prospective opportunities, strengthen customer and partner relationships, support capture and proposal activities, and provide informed recommendations regarding Air Force and broader federal language and culture requirements.
