We are looking for a API Support Engineer to join our team and help our customers succeed with our technology solutions. You will act as the bridge between our enterprise customers and technical teams, ensuring smooth problem resolution, clear communication, and proactive support.

Provide technical support to customers via email, chat, and occasional video calls.
Diagnose and troubleshoot API-related issues, offering timely and effective resolutions.
Collaborate with development teams to collaborate and resolve complex technical problems.
Assist customers in integrating our solutions with their systems using Python.
Create and maintain detailed support documentation as needed.
Continuously monitor and improve customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
Identify recurring technical issues and propose long-term solutions.
Requirements
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in distributed systems
Navigating existing codebases (Python, MySQL, Flask/FastAPI)
Strong programming skills in Python.
Hands-on experience working with APIs (REST).
Proven experience in a technical support or engineering role.
Exceptional customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with debugging tools like Data Dog and techniques.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
