Role Overview We are seeking a qualified Power BI Developer for a project engagement. This role supports several business intelligence, analytics, and AI initiatives. We are looking for a resource with a combination of Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Copilot experience who can work with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, develop, optimize, and support enterprise-scale reporting and analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate should be capable of translating business requirements into scalable data solutions while leveraging modern Microsoft analytics and AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, optimize, and support enterprise-scale reporting and analytics solutions.
* Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
* Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
* Leverage modern Microsoft analytics and AI capabilities.
* Utilize Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Copilot for development.

Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience.
* Expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Data Modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema), DAX development and optimization, Power Query (M Language), Report and Dashboard design, Row-Level Security (RLS), performance tuning, and Deployment Pipelines.
* Experience with large-scale enterprise BI environments.
* Experience working with Microsoft Fabric, including understanding capacity management concepts.
* Experience using Microsoft Copilot within Power BI and Fabric.
* Ability to leverage AI-assisted development capabilities to accelerate report creation, DAX generation, and data exploration.
* Understanding of responsible AI governance and security considerations.
* Strong SQL development skills.
* Familiarity with cloud architecture and data integration patterns.
* Experience connecting Power BI/Fabric to operational and cloud-based data sources.
* Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Self-driven and capable of working independently within a fast-paced environment.
* Experience working in large enterprise organizations.
