** Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP Demand to Supply (DTS) Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes within SAP environments. This role partners with business and technology stakeholders to deliver SAP-enabled digital transformation initiatives, leveraging expertise across Production Planning, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Fulfillment processes.

The ideal candidate will possess deep SAP functional expertise, leadership experience, and a proven track record delivering complex SAP S/4

HANA transformation programs for global organizations.

Application Consultants understand the client business process, current and future, and map it to the technologies being used, giving a demarcation of what can be achieved through a standard implementation and what would need customizations or extensions to be done to the application. They may functionally customize the application, partner with application developers to design application enhancements and extensions, and work with business users to implement process changes.  

Individual should be able to conceptualize a business or technical solution leveraging colleagues and partners and must mastered at least one methodology in depth and have an advanced knowledge of one or more business domains, and one or more SaaS or package software solutions. This role has wide knowledge of industry innovations and competitor activity and actively engage in, and contribute to, internal and external knowledge developments.

Individual has the solution knowledge and consulting skills to lead process improvements, œas isor to be analysis on business processes andor or IT and can advise clients on the implementation of one or more package modules. This role is responsible for workshop facilitation, integration testing and user acceptance testing. Individual is seen as active member within technology communities.

** Your Role
*** Lead business process workshops and requirements gathering sessions with client stakeholders.
* Analyze current-state processes, perform gap assessments, and recommend SAP-enabled solutions aligned to business objectives.
* Design, configure, and implement SAP Demand to Supply processes across Production Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain functions.
* Lead end-to-end solution delivery through blueprinting, process design, configuration, testing, training, cutover planning, deployment, and post-go-live support.
* Serve as a functional lead for SAP S/4

HANA transformation initiatives and manufacturing process improvements.
