The Stateof Mississippi Division of Medicaid (DOM) administersthestate'sMedicaidprogram,providing healthcare

missionthroughenterprisetechnologyservicesspanningcloudinfrastructure,networking,servicedesk operations,

DOMisundergoingasignificanttechnologymodernizationeffortthatincludesmigrationofenterpriseworkloadsto

cloud platforms,implementationoffederalinteroperabilitymandates,adoptionofcloud-native services,and

restructuringofITservicedeliveryoperations.

Theseconcurrenttransformationinitiativesrequiresustained,senior-

leveltechnicalleadershiptoensurecontinuityofoperations,effectivevendorcoordination,andsuccessfulexecutionof

modernization objectives.

Thepurposeofthis Statement of Work (SOW) istoprocurestaffaugmentationservicesforone(1)

ThecontractorshallserveasakeymemberofDOM'sIT

leadership team,reportingtothe

Chief Information Officer (CIO) and/orChief Technology Officer (CTO),andshallbe

responsiblefortheday-to-daymanagementofinfrastructureoperations,cloud services,vendor relationships,service

desk operations,andtechnologymodernizationinitiatives.

SCOPEOFSERVICES:

Thecontractorshallprovideleadershipandoperationalmanagementacrossthefollowingfunctionaldomains:

Enterprise Cloud Services ;

Network,Voice&Telecommunications;

ITService

Desk&End-User Support;

Infrastructure

&Governance.

Thescopeencompassesbothongoingoperationalresponsibilitiesandactivemodernizationinitiatives.

Enterprise Cloud Services

ProvidestrategicandoperationalleadershipforDOM'senterprisecloudenvironment,including

infrastructure provisioning,platform services,identity integration,monitoring,and capacity

management.

Overseecloudmigrationactivities,includingcoordinationwithcloudprofessionalservicesteams,

security compliance,andoperationalprocedures.

Managecloudaccountprovisioning,vendoronboardingtocloudenvironments,andserviceticket

Developstrategiesfordisasterrecovery,high availability,andtechnologyresiliencywithincloud

ProvidestrategicandoperationalleadershipforDOM'senterprisecloudenvironment,including
