The Joint, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Interagency Division provides expert support services to a range of customers spanning across the Department of Defense, Federal Civilian, and international markets. JOID provides a diverse portfolio of analytical and programmatic capabilities to help our customers make informed decisions on their most challenging issues.

The Acquisition and Technology Analysis Group within JOID specializes in the application of multi-disciplinary analytic skills to support multiple clients within the Department of Defense (DoD). These clients include the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)), Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (OUSD(A&S)), DARPA, the Joint Staff, and USINDOPACOM. SPA provides critical decision support to enabling and executing a strategy of technological superiority and enabling the delivery and sustainment of secure, resilient, and preeminent capabilities to the warfighter quickly and cost effectively.

Our team of experienced military, technical, and operations research analysts is skilled in evaluating military problems, identifying the driving factors, devising innovative approaches, collecting applicable data, developing necessary software tools, and performing thorough and timely assessments to inform technology and acquisition governance decisions to ensure U.S. military forces retain military superiority in the future.

We have an immediate need for a Program Security Representative to provide onsite support out of Arlington, VA.

The candidate will serve as a Program Security Representative (PSR) with additional responsibilities in technical management and organizational support for OUSW(A&S), providing direct support to the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of War for Strategic, Space, and Intelligence Portfolio Management. Apply deep expertise in SCI/SAP security operations contributing to enterprise effectiveness. Perform eligibility determinations, nomination and waiver packages, access roster management, suitability tracking, and security database administration.

Implement or assist in developing Security Classification Guides (SCGs), OPSEC Plans, Mitigation Plans, and Test Plans. Support investigations involving potential loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified or sensitive information. Perform PAR/SAPNP reviews, visit requests, clearance verifications, destruction of classified materials, and document control.

Required:

• Active TS/SCI with SAP.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience managing SCI/SAP security programs, including personnel, physical, information, industrial, and facility security.
• Proven ability to manage SAP/SCI personnel security processes.
• Proficiency in classification management, Top Secret accountability, and document/media control.
• Experience providing indoctrinations, debriefings, refresher training, and tailored security education to government, military, and industry personnel.
• Hands-on experience performing essential security administrative functions.
• Ability to provide expert classification guidance and security support across multi level security programs in compliance with DoD SAP/SCI/collateral policies.
• Experience developing SOPs or operating frameworks to improve task coordination and consistency.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain structured security documentation, support knowledge transfer, and leverage tools/technologies that enhance transparency and continuity.
• Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills with various levels of management and personnel.
• Able to work fully onsite based on client needs.
