As a Frontier AI Security Specialist
, you will help clients assess, secure, monitor, and respond to risks associated with AI-powered applications, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and autonomous agents.
Working alongside specialists from multiple security disciplines, you will contribute to end-to-end AI security engagements across diverse client environments.
We are not looking for AI researchers. We are looking for experienced security practitioners who want to apply their expertise to securing modern AI technologies. Through hands‑on client engagements and specialized training, you will help organizations adopt AI securely and responsibly. Training on AI‑specific methodologies, technologies, and frameworks will be provided.
Your responsibilities:Support clients in identifying and inventorying AI systems, assessing risks, and evaluating controls against frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and the EU AI Act.
Design, implement, and validate AI security controls within development processes and CI/CD pipelines to support secure AI adoption.
Conduct threat modeling and adversarial testing of AI-powered systems, including prompt injection, jailbreak, tool abuse, data exfiltration, and RAG poisoning scenarios.
Evaluate the effectiveness of AI security guardrails and controls, document findings, and provide actionable remediation recommendations.
Define AI security monitoring requirements, develop detection use cases, and collaborate with Security Operations teams to enhance visibility into AI‑related threats.
Develop AI‑specific incident response procedures, facilitate tabletop exercises, and support investigations involving AI systems.
Prepare and present technical reports, assessment results, and recommendations to both technical and executive stakeholders.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal methodologies, frameworks, tooling, and AI security services.
Collaborate with specialists across offensive security, application security, governance, detection engineering, and incident response to deliver high‑quality client engagements.
8+ years of hands‑on experience in one or more cybersecurity disciplines, including Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, Application Security, Dev Sec Ops , Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), Detection Engineering, Security Operations (SOC), Incident Response, Forensics, or Security Tooling Development.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
Demonstrated experience delivering client‑facing or stakeholder‑facing engagements and presenting findings, recommendations, and deliverables.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand architectures, data flows, and security controls across complex environments.
Practical scripting and automation experience, particularly with Python.
Experience working within defined scopes of work, rules of engagement, and regulatory or compliance requirements.
Excellent written communication skills and experience producing professional reports and technical deliverables.
