Radiology experience connects technical investigation to the way clinicians read and report images. The work includes analyzing network performance metrics and explaining software-related problems to engineering and product development teams. Customer care experience in radiology or PACS administration provides the clinical setting for those conversations.
Radiology Applications And Technical StandardsThe role calls for familiarity with PACS administration or analysis, radiology workflows, and clinical application onboarding. DICOM, HL7, and MWL knowledge helps a support specialist recognize how images, orders, and patient information move through imaging systems. Zendesk, G-suite, and SaaS platform experience support the ticket, communication, and application work.
Health IT safety practice also covers configuration, validation, maintenance, monitoring, and system-to-system interfaces. The technical components of a clinical system require controls that protect patient identification, interoperability, downtime planning, and secure information exchange. Application support work therefore covers controls that connect technical maintenance with safe clinical operations.
Sirona Medical's Radiology PlatformSirona Medical is based in San Francisco and employs people across more than 20 states and four countries. Its cloud-native radiology platform unifies worklist, viewer, and reporter applications in one Workspace for medical imaging teams.
Engineers, developers, designers, and in-house radiologists work side by side at Sirona Medical. The company builds software around the radiology workflow and identifies poorly designed tools as a contributor to radiologist burnout. The support team therefore works within a product organization that includes both technical and clinical perspectives.
