Location: Northern
Your tasks
- You support our customers with their questions about Znuny
- You map their business processes in Znuny
- You implement processes on-site at the customer
- You plan and run trainings
- You gather and formulate requirements as a basis for our development process
- A completed degree or vocational training
- Experience with a ticketing, helpdesk, or ITSM system (e.g. Znuny, Jira Service Management, Zendesk, Service Now) or the drive to learn one quickly
- Experience in drafting and designing processes
- Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages
- Proven Linux experience
- LPI Linux Essentials certification (to be completed within the first six months on the job)
- Experience working with MySQL/MariaDB and/or PostgreSQL
