The Senior Director, Special Projects is responsible for leading complex, high-visibility, and cross-functional initiatives that are critical to business strategy, cloud transformation, and operational execution. This role plans, executes, and delivers multi-platform cloud programs and strategic initiatives, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives. The Senior Director operates with a high degree of autonomy and executive visibility, owning delivery, risk management, and stakeholder alignment end to end.

Drive the successful execution of strategic, enterprise-level initiatives by applying disciplined program management, cross-functional leadership, and operational rigor to deliver measurable business outcomes.

• – Lead complex, cross-functional special projects and strategic cloud programs.
• – Define program scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables.
• – Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, budgets, and risk registers.
• – Direct cross-functional teams and third-party partners.
• – Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and critical paths.
• – Provide executive-level communication and reporting.
• – Manage scope changes and develop contingency plans.
• – Establish governance, best practices, and standards.
• – Conduct program post-mortems and drive continuous improvement.
• – Support pre-sales and strategic planning efforts.

• – 10+ years of progressive program or project management experience.
• – Experience managing complex programs in cloud or technology environments.
• – Strong experience with program planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• – Demonstrated executive-level communication skills.
• – Strong sense of accountability and ownership.

• – PMP, PgMP, ITIL, or equivalent certifications.
• – Experience leading cloud transformations or managed services transitions.
• – Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
