Flexible work arrangements are available for this position, including the ability to work remotely within the United States. We prefer a candidate located in the greater Austin area as travel to campus for occasional in-person events, training, team meetings, activities, etc., may be required. This position provides life/work balance with typically a 40-hour work week, and travel limited to training (e.g., conferences/courses).

## Purpose The Digital Content Specialist owns the day-to-day planning, creation, and growth of Enterprise Technology’s social media channels and recurring storytelling campaigns. This position develops audience-centered content and marketing approaches, creates original multimedia content, identifies and captures stories across campus, and uses performance insights to strengthen awareness of Enterprise Technology’s people, services, initiatives, and impact. This is a hands-on role for a proactive content creator who can move projects from idea to execution.

The specialist is expected to take ownership of digital channels, show initiative, bring forward fresh ideas, stay current with platform trends, and regularly work across campus to capture photography, short-form video, success interviews, events, and stories.
