Position Title:
SAP PEO (Production Engineering & Operations) /PLM-SI Consultant
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP PEO specialist to lead and support complex manufacturing SAP transformation programs. You will design, configure, anddeploy SAP S/4
HANA PEO solutions, connecting engineering design data(PLM/BOM/Routings) seamlessly with shop floor execution.
- Solution Design & Configuration: Configure and manage version-controlled Billsof Material (BOMs), shop floor routings, work centers, and PRTs (Production Resources/Tools) within SAP S/4
HANA PEO. - Engineering-to-Manufacturing Integration: Lead the integration design linking Product Lifecycle Management (e.g. PLM / Teamcenter / Windchill) with PEO and Production Planning(PP / PP/DS).
- Workshops&
Collaboration:
Lead business process workshops with clientengineering and manufacturing stakeholders to analyze requirements and map outbusiness blueprints. - Documentation& Governance: Create functional specifications, configuration guides,support training material development, and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory compliance (US Aerospace & Defense).
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Core Module Knowledge: Deep expertise in SAP PP (Production Planning), PEO, and integrations with PLM.
- MESexperience preferred (Apriso or other A&D industry equivalent). Familiarity with engineering change records, version control schemas, shop floordispatching, and MES/Digital Manufacturing integrations.
- Industry Background: Hands-on background in discrete manufacturing, complex custom machinery, and/or Aerospace & Defense industry.
- Should have good knowledge and experience in PEO BOM's ,Routings , Snapshots ,Parameter effectivity and Change Management
- Onexecution side must have good experience with PEO Production orders and Classical Production orders and relevant apps .Strong PP background preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent client-facing communication, workshop facilitation, problem-solving, andcross-functional stakeholder management capabilities.
