Location: Northern
We are seeking a UX Strategist/Designer for a 12-month contract position based in Jupiter, Florida. This role focuses on strategic design thinking and user experience research to drive product innovation and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities- Lead UX research and design initiatives from discovery through prototyping and testing phases
- Integrate AI tools and methodologies throughout the UX process to enhance research, ideation, and validation
- Develop and communicate design strategy aligned with business objectives and user needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, UX leadership, engineering, and data science teams
- Champion continuous improvement through data-driven insights and responsible AI practices
- Mentor and guide team members on strategic UX approaches and best practices
- Required
- 5+ years of UX/UI research and design experience
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI throughout the UX process (discovery through prototyping and testing)
- Strong strategic leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency with Figma
- Proficiency with JIRA
- Experience working with Scaled Agile practices
- Proactive, curious mindset with focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, UX leadership, engineering, and data science teams
- Preferred
- Experience advocating for responsible and ethical AI utilization in design
