As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will be the bridge between our engineering team and our enterprise customers in the APAC region. You will help clients integrate our platform, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide expert guidance on securing their infrastructure.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers during implementation and onboarding.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Develop technical documentation, integration guides, and code examples.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Gather customer feedback and advocate for product enhancements.
- 4+ years of experience in technical support, sales engineering, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, APIs, and networking concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in the APAC region.
