** JOB SUMMARY
** Turn workforce data into trusted, actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions across Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings. Reporting to the Senior Director, HRIT Applications Delivery, the Workday Analytics Analyst develops analytics, dashboards, executive reporting, and data-governance practices while partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations, Technology, Workday Product Management, and Workday Architecture & Integrations. The role goes beyond report creation by connecting workforce trends to business outcomes, improving data quality, and helping leaders make informed decisions.

** POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES*
* * Develop workforce analytics, dashboards, executive scorecards, and reporting solutions that provide visibility into organizational health and performance.
* Analyze workforce trends and provide recommendations supporting workforce planning, hiring, turnover, retention, labor cost, payroll, time, absence, recruiting, and organizational effectiveness decisions.
* Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations, and Technology to translate business questions into analytical solutions and communicate clear, actionable findings.
* Support workforce planning through analysis, trend identification, and forecasting.
* Establish reporting standards, analytics best practices, repeatable processes, and opportunities to automate recurring reporting.
* Identify and resolve workforce data-quality issues; support data governance, validation, audit, compliance, ownership, and accountability practices.
* Build and maintain Workday reporting solutions using Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports, Discovery Boards, Dashboards, Calculated Fields, and the Workday reporting framework;
Workday Prism is preferred.
* Use analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL as appropriate.
* Improve trust, accessibility, consistency, and usability of workforce data and reduce manual reporting turnaround time.  
** QUALIFICATIONS*
* ** DEGREE TYPE:
** Bachelor's Degree required.  
** FIELD(S) OF STUDY**:
Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.

* EXPERIENCE:

*
* * 3+ years of experience in Workday reporting, workforce analytics, HR technology, business intelligence, or a related area.
* Experience building dashboards, reports, data visualizations, and business insights.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into recommendations.
* Experience working directly with business stakeholders and presenting findings.
* Preferred:
Workday Discovery Boards, Composite Reporting, Prism Analytics, workforce planning, HR analytics, payroll analytics, and large-enterprise experience.
* Preferred industry exposure: hospitality, cruise, travel, retail, healthcare, transportation, or aviation.
