Systems Administrator

• Provision, deploy, and maintain Windows and Red Hat Linux workstations and servers.
• Administer Active Directory, manage user accounts, reset passwords, and configure Group Policies.
• Ensure security compliance through regular system patching and vulnerability hardening.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Manage data backups, system recoveries, and software license renewals.
• Identify opportunities to automate routine tasks and improve infrastructure efficiency.

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 4+ years of systems administration experience within classified or highly secure environments.
• Proven experience deploying and securing Windows and Linux endpoints, including OS imaging and disk encryption.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP and DNS.
• Proficiency with Active Directory and Group Policy management.
• CompTIA Security+ certification (or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of hire).
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with VMware and vCenter virtualization platforms.
• Familiarity with configuring and maintaining Cisco network equipment.
• Scripting experience for automation using Power Shell, Bash, or Python.
• Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) guidelines, such as JSIG, ICD-503, or CNSSI 1253.
• Experience applying DISA STIGs or SRGs for system hardening.
