Seeking a senior enterprise transformation consultant to independently assess enterprise systems, business processes, integrations, and data environments, identify gaps and redundancies, and develop a vendor-neutral, prioritized roadmap for systems rationalization, process improvement, data governance, and transformation.
Responsibilities- Assess enterprise systems across Finance, HR, Shared Services, CRM, contracting, billing, reporting, and MDM.
- Inventory systems, functions, owners, users, data, integrations, and dependencies.
- Interview executives, functional leaders, system owners, and operational teams.
- Identify redundant applications, manual processes, integration gaps, and underutilized capabilities.
- Evaluate platforms including Net Suite, ADP, Concur, Reltio, CRM, billing, onboarding, and collaboration systems.
- Assess data structures, definitions, ownership, quality, governance, duplication, synchronization, and sources of truth.
- Evaluate MDM practices and Reltio effectiveness.
- Recommend whether platforms should be expanded, integrated, consolidated, replaced, or retired.
- Develop future-state systems/data strategies and alternative solutions with risks, benefits, costs, and impacts.
- Create prioritized transformation roadmaps and present executive-level findings and recommendations.
- 10-20 years of experience in enterprise systems strategy, transformation consulting, application rationalization, or related areas.
- Proven experience independently leading enterprise-wide current-state assessments.
- Strong understanding of ERP, Finance, HRIS/HCM, CRM, billing, contracting, and shared-services systems
. - Experience evaluating integrations, data flows, and cross-functional business processes.
- Working knowledge of enterprise data architecture, data governance, MDM, and reporting
. - Experience developing future-state strategies and phased transformation roadmaps.
- Vendor-neutral platform evaluation and strong critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent executive interviewing, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technology/data issues to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Executive presence with experience presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
- Experience with organizations grown through mergers/acquisitions
. - Experience with Net Suite, ADP, Concur, Reltio
, or comparable enterprise platforms. - Knowledge of Finance, HR, consulting, professional services, or healthcare operations.
- Senior management consulting or enterprise transformation experience.
- Experience defining system governance, application ownership, and data stewardship models.
