The
** Senior Manager, SAP GMX Data & Analytics Solutions
** is accountable for the end-to-end leadership, delivery, governance, and strategic evolution of GMX-enabled data and analytics capabilities supporting global financial, operational, and compliance-critical reporting.

This role serves as a senior point of accountability for GMX data solutions, including SAP BW, SAP BPC, SAP S/4

HANA integrations, Earn In submissions, GMX certifications, reconciliations, month-end and quarter-end close support, analytics enablement, and business stakeholder engagement. The role operates with global scope and partners across Finance, Controllers, Supply Chain, Digital, SAP platform teams, compliance, and strategic vendor partners to ensure GMX solutions are accurate, scalable, compliant, reliable, and aligned to Pfizer’s broader SAP modernization roadmap.  The role requires a strong combination of strong business acumen, Senior stakeholder influence, SAP BW/BPC technical depth, SAP SD and Finance functional understanding, people leadership, delivery governance, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into sustainable technology outcomes.

The incumbent will serve as a primary Digital leader for GMX solution analytics delivery, partnering with Finance, GMX business leads, SAP platform teams, Digital teams, and strategic vendor partners to deliver measurable business value. The role is expected to shape the GMX analytics roadmap, provide senior judgment on complex business and technology issues, drive modernization and standardization, and ensure that GMX solutions continue to support critical Finance needs.

** ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES*
* ** People Leadership and Vendor Management
*** Lead, mentor, and provide direction to matrix colleagues, analysts, managers, contractors, and vendor resources supporting GMX data and analytics work.
* Set priorities, manage capacity, review deliverables, and ensure high-quality execution across internal and external resources.
* Manage vendor execution, deliverable quality, responsiveness, documentation, and adherence to Pfizer standards.
* Support sourcing, onboarding, knowledge transfer, succession planning, and continuity for critical GMX analytics capabilities.
** SAP GMX Solution Delivery Ownership and strategic accountability
*** Own the global GMX data, analytics, and reporting solution portfolio across SAP BW, SAP BPC, SAP S/4

HANA integrations, and related reporting platforms.
* Serve as a senior Digital point of accountability for GMX-enabled analytics, reporting, reconciliation, and certification capabilities.
* Provide strategic direction for GMX solution design, data architecture, reporting enablement, operational stability, and modernization.
* Ensure GMX solutions support critical Finance, Controllers, Supply Chain, and enterprise reporting needs.
* Drive roadmap planning for GMX data and analytics capabilities, balancing strategic transformation, regulatory expectations, business demand, and operational continuity.
* Provide senior judgment on complex GMX data issues, financial reporting dependencies, SAP integration risks, and cross-functional process impacts.  
** Portfolio, Demand, and Prioritization Management*
