  • Account Setup:
Establish new accounts in CUA, ensuring all pertinent documentation is captured and maintained in accordance with the SRCS Surety Group Procedure Manual
  • Documentation & Compliance:
Prepare and review General Indemnity Agreements (GIAs) and/or subordination agreements upon request, and maintain current credit information files in line with established procedures
  • Bid Log Management:
Prepare and maintain bid logs, recording results as received and updating records for approved bids and bid outcomes
  • Consent of Surety:
Review and approve consent of surety for agents on final bonds where there are no outstanding claims, all subcontractors and suppliers have been paid, and no lingering issues remain
  • Agency Relations:
Support agency appointment documentation and follow-up, address miscellaneous agent questions and concerns, and assist with year-end review and conditional bid approval requirements
  • Special Projects:
Participate in special projects and provide custom reports as delegated by the Regional/Branch Manager
