Responsible for reviewing client’s renewals, looking into premium increases, identifying any gaps in coverage or coverage errors or omissions, and remarketing accounts as needed.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)
1. Review and compare client current policies with renewal policies and investigate reasons for major increases in premium. (30-40%) 2. Advise clientsregardinginsurancecoveragesand risk management issues.
Identifyadditionalinsurance needs, gaps in coverage, or incorrect/outdated information. (20-30%) 3.Requoteclient policies as needed or requested. Send applications/cancellation forms, issue new policies, and enter information into the agency management system as needed. (20-30%) 4. Stay up to date oncarrierspolicies, packages, coverages,discountsand underwriting guidelines. (5-10%) 5. Report circumstances that may lead to potential or actual errors andomissionsclaims and/or complaints. (0-5%) 6. Performadditionalresponsibilities as requested or assigned.

Qualifications
Education:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
2+ years in personal lines customer service. Knowledge and
Skills:
- Working knowledge of insurance agency operations, coverages, rates, markets, and insurance laws.
- Thorough knowledge of personal lines insurance products.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven automation, time management, and organizational skills.
Other:
- Current state personal lines insurance agent/broker license.
Wage: $23.50 - $28.70 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and experience.
