As a Licensed Insurance Producer, you'll work with individuals, families, and business owners to assess their insurance needs, explain coverage options, and provide the information they need to make informed decisions. You'll play an important role in growing the agency while building long-term relationships throughout our community.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct insurance reviews to understand each client's needs and explain coverage options that align with their goals.
• Prepare and present quotes for personal and commercial insurance products.
• Follow up with prospects, referrals, and existing clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value through Home, Auto, Life, Business, and other insurance products.
• Maintain accurate client records and activity using the agency's CRM and other technology platforms.
• Take ownership of your personal performance by tracking activity, sales results, and progress toward individual and agency goals.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.
• Contribute to a positive, professional team environment while supporting the agency's continued growth.

• Active Texas Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Ability to obtain a Texas Life insurance license if not currently licensed.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to providing responsive, dependable client service.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new software and agency systems.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.

• Previous insurance sales or customer service experience.
• Active Texas Life insurance license.
• Experience with personal and/or commercial insurance products.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
