Corporate Insurance and Risk Manager Bryn Mawr, PA
Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking a Risk Management and Insurance Manager to lead, and continuously evolve an enterprise-wide program across multiple states and locations. This role is responsible for researching and monitoring incidents, driving performance metrics, and embedding a culture of accountability and prevention across the organization.
This individual will partner closely with Legal, Operations, HR, and Finance to align initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the central reporting contact for all potential claims.
- Report and manage claims (Property, Worker's Compensation, General Liability, Professional Liability, Auto and EPLI)
- Serve as primary liaison with insurance carriers, brokers, and underwriters
- Investigate claims, obtain video, work closely with carriers and attorneys
- Perform detailed risk audits, develop reports and analysis to assess risk and proactive reduction strategies.
- Recommend, develop and deliver relevant risk and safety training to all staff.
- Review company contracts and assess level of risk with each
- Support the yearly insurance renewal process for all lines of coverage
- Negotiate settlements with injured parties, attorneys, and healthcare providers to balance fair compensation and cost containment.
- Stay updated on laws and industry best practices related to risk management
- Prepare and present reports on claims status and financial impact to senior management.
- Lead or assist in claims audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service to injured parties during the life of an open claim.
- Analyze loss trends and implement strategies to reduce total cost of risk
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of multi-state policy and regulatory compliance
- Experience with claims, insurance, safety programs and risk management strategies
- Proven ability to analyze data, lead investigations, and influence others
