** Property Casualty Marketing Representative
** to join our growing team in
** Phoenix, AZ.
** Commercial Placement Specialist efforts with competing insurance companies on an account-by-account basis for sales and customer service teammates. Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and improving quotes received, evaluating, and negotiating coverage and price for renewals and prospective business.
** How You Will Contribute:
*** Coordinate the procurement of alternative quotes and carrier options to retain existing insurance programs.
* Analyze market information to develop, design, and implement creative strategies for sales team members.
* Review and recognize areas for improvement in existing policies and competing quotes and evaluate options alongside the sales team member and service representative.
* Negotiate with insurance carriers’ competitive coverage and pricing options on behalf of our client.
* Provide sales and customer service teammates with any market information or insight.
* Monitor, identify, and develop new methods, new markets, and new opportunities.
* Review submissions from either the producer or account manager for completeness and accuracy.
* Review submissions to determine appropriate insurance companies for account solicitation.
* Identify new markets through research and begin the process to contract with insurance companies or brokers if necessary and given approval from management.
* Utilize and direct assistants in the process of online rating and proposal creation.
** Skills & Experience to be Successful:

* Required:
*** Minimum education – college degree or related work experience
* Proficient with MS Office & Excel
* Exceptional telephone demeanor
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
* 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
* Must have and maintain a current P&C License for the required states.
** Preferred:
*** Independent insurance agency experience
* Property and Casualty Insurance Designation, such as CISR, CRIS, AAI, or similar designation#LI-KM1
