** POSITION SUMMARY
** The Person al Lines Account Associate provides essential operational and administrative support to the Personal Lines and Private Client Account Management team, ensuring accurate policy servicing, timely client communication, and strong risk management practices. This role is central to maintaining accurate client records within the agency management system and supporting a seamless client experience across the policy lifecycle — from new business entry and policy issuance through change processing, renewal preparation, and claims follow-up.
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Support Account Manager functions as needed.
* Enter customer or prospect client information into the agency management system.
* Prepare and issue evidence of insurance, certificates of insurance, and automobile identification cards at the direction of the Account Manager.
* Process and follow up on cancellation and/or reinstatement requests to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
* Review and process change requests in the agency management system and confirm completeness and accuracy.
* Assist with rating at the direction of the Account Manager.
* Participate in the renewal preparation process, including preparing policies for delivery to clients, generating proposals, and sending annual reviews and renewal reminders.
* Communicate with company personnel regarding the client’s needs and/or issues.
