** Key Accountabilities/Deliverables**:
* Develop technical knowledge of insurance claims handling, coverage, reserving, and regulatory compliance requirements.
* Support claims audits, file reviews, and operational oversight activities.
* Promote consistency, compliance, and best practices across claims operations.
** Technical Knowledge & Experiences*
* * Organizational leadership experience, business acumen, and an interest in insurance operations.
* Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to compliance.
* Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in risk management and insurance, finance, or related field.
