Field Property Claims Adjuster

Opportunity

We’re expanding our independent adjuster network and looking for experienced Property Claims Adjusters to support both inspection-only scoping and full daily property claim handling in residential and light commercial lines. This is to support our many clients across the United States on-site —you’ll be at the project site, seeing the loss firsthand and owning the scope.

If you’re an experienced property adjuster who likes being in the field, owning your inspections, and receiving assignments offered based on business needs, claim volume, and geographic availability, this is a compelling opportunity to plug into a nationwide network.

• Perform on-site inspections of residential and light commercial properties including interior, exterior, roof, and structural assessments
• Identify and document cause of loss and scope of damages
• Capture detailed measurements, photos, and notes to support accurate estimating
• Prepare scope notes and utilize Xactimate to prepare estimates per guidelines
• Submit timely, well-organized inspection reports in the required format
• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier/client contacts
• Follow clear scope protocols and file expectations to support downstream claim handling

• An active adjuster license (required for daily claims; preferred for scoping assignments)
• Prior experience handling property claims in the field
• Proficiency in Xactimate is required for daily claims and strongly preferred for scoping assignments.
• Ability to provide own mobile phone, tablet or laptop, and appropriate measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and provide timely, accurate reporting and documentation.
