As a Personal Lines Producer, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping individuals and families protect what matters most while driving growth through new client acquisition and account development.

** What You'll Do
*** Develop new business through referrals, networking/centers of influence and community involvement
* Build trusted relationships with clients and prospects
* Assess insurance needs and recommend customized coverage solutions
* Conduct insurance reviews and identify account rounding opportunities
* Present proposals and collaborate with carrier partners to secure competitive options
* Partner with service team members to deliver an exceptional client experience
* Achieve production goals while contributing to agency growth
** What We're Looking For
*** Sales, business development, customer service, or relationship management experience
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Consultative approach to identifying needs and delivering solutions
* Self-driven/Goal Oriented with excellent organization and time-management abilities
* Insurance experience preferred, but not required
* Property & Casualty license preferred or ability to obtain
