** About the role
** We are seeking an experienced
** Senior Manager, Property & Casualty Business Process Services (BPS)
** leader to take operational leadership of a large, global insurance BPS portfolio serving Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance carriers.  This is a
** hands-on business and operations leadership role**. The successful candidate will bring demonstrated experience running outsourced P&C insurance operations from the
** service-provider/BPO side**, leading large onshore and offshore organizations, managing complex client relationships, and delivering measurable operational and financial results.  The role will be responsible for helping mature and grow an established P&C BPS business, moving beyond operational stabilization toward stronger delivery performance, innovation, client expansion, and profitable growth.## What You'll Own  ### P&C BPS Operations Leadership
* Lead a large-scale outsourced P&C BPS operation supporting insurance carrier clients.
* Own operational performance across delivery, quality, productivity, workforce planning, service levels, and continuous improvement.
* Lead geographically distributed teams across onshore and offshore delivery locations.
* Establish operating rhythms, performance metrics, governance structures, and accountability across the organization.
* Develop and coach Delivery and Account Leaders to operate effectively with senior client stakeholders.
* Ensure appropriate organizational capacity, leadership capability, succession planning, and talent development.  ### Client & Executive Leadership
* Serve as a senior operational leader and trusted advisor to US P&C insurance carrier clients.
* Build and maintain executive-level relationships with carrier stakeholders.
* Lead client governance, business reviews, operational discussions, escalations, and transformation conversations.
* Translate operational performance and client needs into actionable improvement and growth opportunities.
* Represent the organization credibly with senior insurance executives.  ### Business & Financial Leadership
* Manage significant operational budgets and financial performance.
* Partner with commercial and sales teams on account growth, renewals, expansion, cross-sell, and new business opportunities.
* Identify opportunities to expand existing P&C BPS relationships through additional services, process transformation, automation, and technology.
