Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to join our growing team in Alpharetta, Georgia. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented insurance professional who enjoys supporting clients, maintaining accurate policy information, and partnering with account management teams to deliver an exceptional service experience. The Assistant Account Manager serves as a key member of the Commercial Lines team, providing administrative, operational, and policy support while ensuring data accuracy and efficient day-to-day account management.

** What You'll Do
*** Support the Commercial Lines team with policy servicing and administrative activities throughout the client lifecycle.
* Process incoming requests, service activities, carrier correspondence, and assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
* Review and process carrier downloads while ensuring policy information is properly maintained within AMS
360.
* Maintain accurate policy records, customer profiles, and account documentation.
* Assist with policy checking, documentation, and quality control processes.
* Review policy details and separate coverages and premiums when applicable.
* Support commission accuracy through proper policy entry and maintenance.
* Obtain carrier loss runs and assist with customer and team requests.
* Generate reports and provide administrative support to account management and leadership teams.
* Help ensure a high level of service and operational excellence for clients and internal partners. ###
