Location: Northern
Viasat in College Station, TX is seeking a Trusted Connections Front Line Care Agent to support customers using our public Wi-Fi, VoIP and TV services worldwide. This role covers billing and account inquiries as well as resolving technical challenges.
The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, excellent communication, and the ability to work a 24x7 shift. Training Monday to Friday 8am–5pm for up to four weeks may be required.
