Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is seeking a Bilingual Case Manager to provide stabilization and time-limited case management for English and Spanish-speaking clients exiting homelessness or transitional housing in Denver.
You will work with a team of service providers to ensure rapid exits to housing and follow-up care during the first year, addressing basic needs, healthcare access, benefits applications, and coordinated referrals.
