The City of Worcester’s Law Department seeks an Assistant City Solicitor III – Schools to provide legal counsel to Worcester Public Schools and staff, handle contracts, licenses, software agreements, public records responses, and pre-litigation matters.
Under the direction of the City Solicitor, you will interpret laws, draft filings, represent in state and federal courts, attend School Committee meetings as needed, and keep abreast of developments in municipal and education law.
