The Immigrant Legal Resource Center (ILRC) seeks up to three full-time Senior Staff Attorneys based in San Francisco, CA. This exempt position is represented by NOLSW and requires two in-office days per week.
You will strengthen the legal capacity of providers in California, focusing on removal defense, know-your-rights, and immigration options for children and youth. Travel within California and occasionally other states is expected, with a strong emphasis on training, writing, and policy work.
