Our esteemed organization in the mortgage industry is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Permanent Associate Attorney with a focus on Creditor Rights.
Our client is a nationally recognized creditors' rights and default servicing law firm with over 50 years of industry experience!
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

- Representing our organization in all legal matters related to creditor rights.
- Providing legal advice and guidance on foreclosure, bankruptcy, and replevin.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Developing and implementing strategies to safeguard the organization's legal and financial interests.
- Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our organization.
- Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations related to the mortgage industry and creditor rights.
- Providing training and guidance to other team members on legal matters related to creditor rights.
- A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney with a focus on creditor rights.
- Experience in foreclosure, financial institutions, bankruptcy, and replevin.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in legal research and writing.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Knowledge of the mortgage industry and its laws and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
