Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is a leader in AI cloud infrastructure serving tens of thousands of customers. Our customers range from AI researchers to enterprises and hyperscalers. Lambda's mission is to make compute as ubiquitous as electricity and give everyone the power of superintelligence. One person, one GPU.

If you'd like to build the world's best AI cloud, join us.

Join Lambda's Legal team as a generalist intern, gaining hands‑on in‑house experience across Commercial and Corporate matters at a fast‑paced AI infrastructure company. You'll work directly on a variety of commercial agreements (customer, vendor, NDA, and more) alongside corporate transactions like M&A, financing, and public company readiness. Beyond supporting the team's active transaction pipeline, you'll take ownership of several concrete projects designed to modernize how the team reviews and manages contracts.

What

You’ll Do
  • Opportunity to get hands‑on experience working in‑house as a generalist supporting the Commercial and Corporate Legal teams at a fast‑paced AI infrastructure company.

  • You will be a generalist supporting the team on many exciting transactions we have in the pipeline but some additional specific projects we have in mind:

  • Draft and validate an NDA and vendor‑agreement triage playbook with clear GREEN/YELLOW/RED classification criteria and escalation paths

  • Build and annotate a clause and template library reflecting Lambda's standard and fallback contract positions

  • Use Claude or other AI tools to build and test an intake workflow that produces first‑pass issue‑spot summaries for counsel review

  • Draft a library of response templates for routine counter party negotiation asks

  • Assist with onboarding the company on a new contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform

You
  • Currently pursuing a JD (2L or 3L preferred)

  • Have completed contracts coursework, with strong legal writing and analytical skills

  • Are comfortable working with AI‑assisted tools such as Claude, or eager to learn them

  • Ability to work at least 1 day per week in our San Francisco office

Nice to Have
  • Prior internship at a law firm or in‑house legal team

  • Experience with corporate and securities law and/or commercial or technology agreements

  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle or legal workflow tools
