MS Legal Search is seeking an experienced energy attorney to join a dynamic a top national law firm in The Woodlands, Texas. The ideal energy lawyer has 5+ years of experience with renewable, electric, solar, wind, gas, ERCOT and oil related work including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, financing, joint ventures, as well as representing developers, lenders, private equity companies and operating companies in various transactions.
Additional experience with capital formation, contract negotiation/documentation, lending and day to day representation of corporations and other business entities is appreciated. Must be Texas bar licensed. Compensation is strong for this energy lawyer and is based on experience; some portable business is appreciated.
