Sophisticated growing boutique Law Firm is seeking a skilled associate attorney with experience in both litigation and corporate transactional work.

This is a ground-floor position at a firm in active growth mode — an idealfit for an energetic, driven attorney ready to grow with an organization that is building something meaningful. The role is remote and part-time, approximately twenty hours perweek, offering flexibility without sacrificing substantive legal work across two practice areas.

Office space is available in the Western Suburbs of Philadelphia if needed.

$80.00 to $125.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Position is initially structured as a 1099 independent contractor.

• Active Pennsylvania bar admission required
• New Jersey bar admission and additional state bars are a plus
• Demonstrated quality experience in both litigation and corporate transactional Practice
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
