Charleston based law firm is seeking highly motivated candidates for an extremely fast paced real estate law firm. We are looking to hire a talented person who is precise, detail oriented, and highly organized. Working knowledge of Soft Pro is desired; however, candidates with a proven ability to learn quickly will not be overlooked. We require candidates who embrace a challenge and want to work.

Complete files after closing to clear title by searching mortgages, lien releases, and other encumbrances and follow through to solve, process, and resolve the issue. Prepare documents for recording while watching for inaccuracies.
