** Bilingual Intake Representative (English/Spanish)
** to join our team.  As an Intake Representative, you will be our firm’s first point of contact for potential clients seeking legal representation.
** Responsibilities:
*** Promptly and professionally handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from potential clients seeking legal representation for personal injury, product liability, or mass tort litigation cases.
* Gather information from potential clients to collect pertinent details regarding their legal cases.
* Evaluate the information obtained from clients to determine if the case meets criteria, identifying key legal issues and assessing the likelihood of success.
* Accurately record and maintain detailed records of client interactions, case information and relevant data in case management system (Smart Advocate).
* Follow up with potential clients to provide updates and maintain communication throughout the intake process.## Qualifications
** Qualifications**:
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, compassionately, and effectively; bilingual English/Spanish required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for diverse communication mediums.
* Detail-oriented mindset to ensure precise and meticulous record-keeping.
* Adeptness in multitasking and managing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to connect with clients on a personal level and understand the emotional impact of their situations.
* Prior experience in customer service, telephone sales, intake, or related role, preferably in the legal field.
